RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
At Dao Chloe Dao and Lot 8, we would like you to be pleased with your purchase. Below is our return/exchange policy.

Please fill out the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM that was sent with your purchase and send it back with your returned
merchandise.
*The RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM can also be downloaded at the bottom of this page.
Purchases made online must be returned through the mail. No in store returns or exchanges allowed.
RETURNS
If an item purchased needs to be returned,
the item(s) must be returned in the condition
that it was received. The item must not be
worn, altered, or washed and must have all
tags still attached.
If these conditions are met, and the item is
in the same condition as you received it, you
can return regular priced items within 14 days
from the day you received the merchandise,
for a full refund or exchange minus the
shipping charges.
We will only refund your purchase after we
have received the merchandise.
SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
WRONG ITEM SHIPPED
If you were shipped merchandise of the wrong
style, size, or color - you must notify us by
phone or email within 3 days of receiving the
merchandise to be eligible for a refund. We
will pay for the return shipping for incorrect
orders.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to availability. The exchanged
merchandise and any refund due, will only be sent out
after the returned merchandise has been received and
the quality has been inspected.
No exchanges will be made for sale merchandise.
Exchanges do not apply to purchases made outside
of the USA.

SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS
All items marked down, are final sale and
cannot be returned or exchanged.
ACCESSORIES
All accessory items are final sale only and
cannot be returned or exchanged.
TICKETS
All tickets are final sale only and cannot be
returned or exchanged.
