TICKET SALES POLICY

• All ticket sales are FINAL.
• Tickets are redeemed at the door before entering the event.
• Tickets will be redeemed by the name on the purchasers credit card
• If more then one ticket is purchased, all tickets are redeemed with the name on the purchasers credit card.
• Print a copy of your order confirmation and bring it with you to the event.
• For tickets purchased at our store location, please bring your receipt for confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS POLICY

• All merchandise is available for international delivery.
• All international orders are shipped via UPS and may take several weeks to reach their destination.
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
• Merchandise purchased from outside the USA, cannot be exchanged.
• Merchandise purchased from outside the USA, can be returned.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
